Adjustable Float Level Switch
The Adjustable Float Level Switch is designed for reliable and accurate sensing of liquid levels inside tanks. Its compact design allows easy installation, and the level points (High / Low / Middle) can be adjusted directly on site as per application needs. It is suitable for water tanks, storage tanks, sumps, and various industrial process tanks.
Each level point is controlled through an independent switch assembly that moves along an SS rope. Adjustable discs allow precise level positioning, while the weatherproof cast aluminium enclosure ensures safe electrical termination.

Working Principle
The float moves up and down based on the liquid level. Each float contains a magnet that actuates a reed switch placed inside the switch assembly. As the liquid rises or falls, the switch changes state (NO to NC), generating the required ON/OFF level signal.
Levels available: Single, Dual, Three-Level, Four-Level, up to Ten Levels.
Construction
The switch consists of multiple level switch assemblies suspended on a 2 mm SS rope. Each assembly includes an adjustable disc, magnetic switch, and float. The complete system is terminated into a weatherproof cast aluminium enclosure. The float is available in SS316 or Nylon based on application.
