The Ultrasonic Level Transmitter is designed to measure the level of all types of liquids using ultrasonic sound waves. The transducer emits ultrasonic pulses toward the liquid surface; the reflected waves are received back, and the electronics compute the distance based on time of flight. The transmitter generates a proportional 4–20 mA signal suitable for controllers or monitoring devices.

It features easy installation, a compact design, an integral 4-digit display, and simple calibration through built-in keys. With a measuring range of up to 10 meters, it provides reliable and accurate performance for industrial applications.

Construction & Working

The system consists of an ultrasonic transducer integrated with microcontroller-based electronics housed in a durable enclosure. The transducer emits ultrasonic pulses toward the service medium; the returning echoes are sensed by the electronics, which convert them into a 4–20 mA output for monitoring and control.
