Tubular Level Gauge
We are introducing our Tubular Level Gauge to specify the liquid level inside the tank by outside visual indication, which helps to get direct reading. Our Gauge have metallic C-channel protection which making it unbreakable, robust & sturdy.
This Liquid Level Gauge provides direct observation of liquid level in a tank/ vessel. Rising and falling level of the liquid inside the tank /vessel can be observed through the glass assembled in the gauge. Tubular Liquid Level Gauges, designed and built for a wide range of temperature and pressure applications. Our tubular level gauge is used to make, besides other applications include observation of the level of corrosion proof and chromatic liquids.
Construction
The Tubular Gauge is fitted between two end blocks through Flanges. Top and Bottom fittings can be fixed on suitable nozzles at top and bottom of tank. The liquid level in the Glass tube indicates the actual level of liquid inside the Tank
We use the 19 mm Borosilicate Glass Tube to visualize the liquid level. To measure liquid level, we provide Aluminum /Acrylic Scale with engraved graduations along with Air Vent plug at top & Drain plug at bottom for cleaning & sampling purpose. We also provide Ball valve & Needle valve as per customer requirement. Its maximum working temperature is 200°C and pressure is 5 kg/cm.sq (depends on length)
