Top Mount Float Level Indicator
We are introducing our Liquid Level Indicators to indicate the liquid level inside the tank with outside visual indication and controlling level with proximity reed sensors as per requirement of users. The Liquid Level Indicator with Reed Proximity sensor gives appropriate indication of High, Low as well as multiple liquid levels of tank as per the requirement of user. The Reed Proximity sensors are freely adjustable at any two adjacent rods with desired level along with latching technology.
Standard Structure
Standard Liquid Level Indicator is provided with four SS 304 supporting rods; mounted on a MS flange along with centralize transparent acrylic tube for visual indication purpose. The two sensor brackets have been provided for mounting of Reed proximity sensors.
Float is made up of solid Polyurethane Foam of very low density. The float is connected to a piston rod & the other end of which fitted with a circular bicolour magnetic disc for level indication above the tank, it performs a dual role of liquid level indication & actuation of Reed Proximity Sensor.
