Mini Top Mount Float Level Switch
The Mini Top Mount Float Level Switch is a compact and highly reliable device designed for sensing liquid levels in conductive and non-conductive media. It ensures stable operation under varying temperatures, pressures, viscosities, and even corrosive liquids. The switch can be mounted directly inside the tank and secured from the top using a checknut, making it suitable for a wide variety of industrial and commercial tanks.
This model supports single or dual level sensing with a reed switch mechanism. A permanent magnet inside the float actuates the reed switch as the float moves with the liquid level, enabling dependable ON/OFF switching for level control.

Working Principle
The float contains a permanent magnet, while a reed switch is housed inside the SS stem. As the liquid level changes, the float moves up or down along the stem. When the float reaches the switching point, the magnetic field actuates the reed switch, providing SPST output for high, low, or dual-level control.
Construction
The assembly consists of a robust SS316 stem with an 8 mm diameter and an SS304 process connection with 1/4” BSPM plug and checknut. The float is available in SS316 or Nylon, making it suitable for a wide range of liquids. High-temperature and high-pressure operation is supported due to its reed switch-based design.
