Mini Side Mount Float Level Switch
The Mini Side Mount Float Level Switch is a compact, fully stainless-steel device designed for precise liquid level sensing when mounted on the side wall of a tank. Its small size makes it ideal for applications with limited space. The switch uses a magnetic float and an internal reed switch to detect Low, High, or point-level positions in a wide range of liquids.
A hermetically sealed reed switch is housed inside the main body, while a permanent magnet is housed inside the float assembly. As the liquid level changes, the float moves accordingly, making (NC) and breaking (NO) the electrical contact. The switch action is reversible for most models.

Working Principle
The float carries a permanent magnet that moves with the liquid level. A hermetically sealed reed switch inside the main body actuates based on the magnet's position. As the level rises, the float moves upward, changing the reed switch contact state (NO/NC). When the level falls, the contact state reverses. This ensures accurate and reliable point-level detection.
Construction
The Mini Side Mount Switch is manufactured entirely from SS304, providing excellent corrosion resistance. It features a magnetic float (Ø17 or Ø26 depending on model), a reed switch assembly, and threaded connections with locknut. Models are available for both internal and external mounting with reversible switch action for most variants.
