Full View Sight Glass Indicators
Full View Sight Glass Indicators are designed to provide a 360° clear and unobstructed view of process liquids flowing through a pipeline. They are primarily used in vertical pipelines but can also be implemented in horizontal lines where no excessive mechanical stress is applied. These indicators allow operators to visually inspect liquid flow, clarity, contamination, and movement from any angle.
The unit consists of a tough, heavy-walled borosilicate glass tube with flared ends, securely clamped between two process flanges using tie rods and high-quality packing materials. This construction ensures a leak-proof and robust assembly suitable for industrial process monitoring.

Construction
The Sight Glass Indicator consists of a thick, tempered borosilicate glass tube held between two process flanges. The joint is secured using tie rods and PTFE/Silicon packing to ensure a tight, leak-proof assembly. Flanges are available in various materials such as PP, CS, SS304, SS316, and SS316L to meet a wide range of industrial applications.
