Float Level Transmitter
Float Operated Level Transmitters are designed for continuous and reliable measurement of liquid levels in tanks containing corrosive or non-corrosive liquids. The system consists of a non-magnetic sealed stem with a series of reed switches and resistors, a magnetic float, mounting flange, and an electronic circuit housed in a weatherproof or flameproof enclosure.
As the liquid level rises or falls, the magnetic float moves along the stem, actuating reed switches and generating a proportional voltage signal. This is converted into a standard 4–20 mA output compatible with PLC, DCS, remote display units, or integral indicators. It is a proven and accurate solution for a wide variety of industrial applications.

Construction & Working
The transmitter features a sealed, non-magnetic stem equipped with reed switches and resistors, a float containing a permanently magnet, and a flange for mounting. The float moves with the liquid level, actuating reed switches that generate a proportional voltage. This signal is processed by the transmitter electronics to provide a 4–20 mA output. The design ensures accurate, stable, and repeatable measurement for a wide variety of industrial liquids.
