Working Principle
A magnetic float moves along the stem with liquid level changes. The float magnet actuates reed switches inside the stem to trigger ON/OFF signals. Multi-level models use multiple floats for high-level, low-level, and intermediate monitoring.
Available configurations: Single Level, Dual Level, and Multi-Level (up to four floats).
Construction
Manufactured with robust stainless-steel stem, magnetic float, and cast aluminium flameproof housing, the switch is engineered to operate safely in hazardous and explosive atmospheres.

Installation
- Top mounting on tank or vessel
- External mounting through side chamber
- Stillwell recommended for turbulent liquids
- Nozzle ID must be larger than float diameter
- Float can be reinserted from stem bottom if nozzle is small
